Born and raised in Connecticut, I moved to Massachusetts for college and graduated with a BS in Economics-Finance from Bentley University. I met my now husband the first week of freshman year and we’ve basically been together ever since. We moved to Maine 3 years ago with our son – a move home for my husband – and love everything the state has to offer. Over the last 2 years I’ve become an avid runner and strive to connect what we feed our body, how our body moves, and how it makes us feel. I’m not a writer….so be patient.
October 10th will be my second marathon. The first was about finishing, this second is about time. Don’t you think for a minute I’ll be breaking any speed records, or qualifying for the holy grail of Boston, but it will be a big push for me to break 4 hours, so I thought it would be fun to chronicle this journey and bring all of you along for the ride!
